Plant Varieties in AprilDate: Saturday April 13th, Rain date April 20th The 13th Annual Growing Gardens Community Plant Sale! Early Spring Edition! Organic veggie and herb starts grown right in our community greenhouse. We'll have over 10 varieties of lettuce, spinach, braising mix, arugula, kale, chard, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sage, parsley, thyme, winter savory, pansies, violas, plus many more cool weather veggies. Our cold hardy plants are ready to give your garden a jump start and support your community! All proceeds benefit Growing Gardens’ programming. Time: 8:00am to 4:00pm Plant Varieties in MayWe follow up our April Sale with sales on the first three weekends in May for the rest of your gardening desires! We have our famous tried and true organic heirloom tomatoes from colorful cherry’s to cooking paste, and bright beautiful slicers. We continue to grow the wide variety of organic veggie starts to fill your gardens, plates and pantry (peppers, eggplants, summer and winter squashes, cucumbers, beans, peas, artichokes, pumpkins, all types of lettuces and greens, and asparagus). We'll also have Organic Herb starts, Blooming Annual Flowers, Perennial Flowers, Native Plants, Water- Wise plants, Blackberries, Blueberries, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Raspberries, Grapes, Vines and Grasses.
