Learn how to make a Mason Bee Hive for your own Backyard!
Check out the picture below to see what materials you will need and follow these instructions:
- Poke a hole in the bottom of the can to tie a string through the can so you can hang your Mason Bee hive on a tree when it’s all done.
- Place your two toilet paper rolls in the tin can, this will allow for more structure as you start to place paper inside.
- Cut your paper into small squares – you’ll want the length to be the same length as the tin can.
- Roll the paper around the pencil to create small tubes. Secure with a small piece of tape at the end. Repeat until you have filled your entire tin can with rolled paper.
- Decorate your tin can.
- Hang outside and enjoy!
