Schedule of Events:

5-5:45 pm - Cocktail Hour & Appetizers on the Porch, Check-In

5:30 pm Tour of the Gardens (optional)

6:00 pm - Chef Welcome, Dinner is Served, Followed by Dessert

8:00 pm - Evening Wraps Up


Dinner is in Growing Gardens barn, cocktail hour on back porch (weather permitting).

About Michael Montgomery, Farm Chef: After completing college and culinary school in Chicago and spending several years working in the food industry, Michael moved to Boulder and began teaching people how to cook. His work as a Chef Instructor, focusing on farm-to- table education, gave him the opportunity to begin to connect with local farmers and explore how food is produced and distributed. From there he worked as a Growing Intern for Growing Gardens, spending time in the greenhouse, and in the fields, learning hands-on about sustainable urban agriculture. Michael then joined the team at Mountain Flower Goat Dairy. As Farm Director, he led dairy operations and taught the community about humane animal husbandry and land stewardship. Michael is passionate about sharing knowledge and eager to connect people back to the land and to their food.
